Bio
Sculptor Santi is an esteemed sculpture artist based in Thailand, with a studio and workshops located in ChiangMai. He obtained his degree from Poh-Chang Art College, Bangkok, Thailand and further enriched his craft through travels and studies of United States cultures. This experience greatly influenced his work, particularly in portraiture, and fueled his passion for transforming photographic memories into both drawings and sculptures.
Santi creates original artworks using his expertise and artistic intuition. His diverse portfolio includes pieces crafted from various mediums such as clay, portraits, paper mache, sandstone, model making, small-scale works, monument sculptures, and abstract art. These sculptures are meticulously crafted using techniques like molding and casting, employing materials ranging from bronze, brass, fiberglass to resin.
In addition to his artistic endeavors, Santi has dedicated over ten years to teaching sculpting techniques to aspiring artists, focusing on clay portraiture and figure sculpting at private studios. His commitment to nurturing new talent led him to establish Sculpture Sense as a distribution channel for his clients, ensuring wider access to his exceptional artworks.
